Representative Kohring gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on           
SB 78 am H (page 3054).                                                        
                                                                               
Representative Kohring moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
reconsideration of SB 78 am H be taken up on the same day.  There              
being no objection, it was so ordered.
